Ring the New Year with a GRATEFUL Heart!

by - December 28, 2015

This is the last Monday of the year and I'd like to invite you to reflect with me.
More specifically, I'd like us to look at three things:

Thing #1: Let's look back on how far we came
Thing #2: Let's admire in gratefulness where we are today.
Thing #3: Lastly, let's think about where we want to be in the future

It may seem simple, but it's so very important.

Looking back

When you LOOK BACK at where you came from, you'll see that you've made it through so many hardships in your life.
You are not the same person, you've uncovered the potholes and bumps in the road. Which made you stronger, wiser, better... even if you're going through some stuff right now, you'll know there's a light at the end of the tunnel because your past proves that "no weapons form against you will prosper" you will overcome!

ADMIRE where you are

When you ADMIRE where you are, you heart will grow with gratefulness as you'll find that life is pretty good. You've made some strides, you are closer to your best days. And even if things are not what you'd hope they'll be and think it could be better, at least, you can say, "I'm still breathing, I'm healthy... I can read and I've got an internet connection."
Just count your blessings, like the song: "Count your blessings name them one by one, it will surprise you what the Lord has done."

Looking ahead

When you think about where you want to be, you'll know that you still have work to do. You'll know that you haven't reached your full potential, you still have some "umphr" left in the tank.
You can steer your goals, shape your visions.
And even though you're going to have to work really hard to achieve your purpose and destiny, you are not alone. God will honor your hard work and blessings will follow you.

Ps 90:17
May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands.

This is my end of the year prayer for me and YOU!

What are some last minutes things are you doing to get ready for 2016?
